Can you imagine, living with the one you love for 44 YEARS and not being able to be out in the open about it? Pretending to be roommates so you won't get fired from your job, shunned by your family, ostracised in your community...or even tortured and killed? What a burden that must be. And yet, it's a burden that many have carried and continue to carry this very day, all over the world.
